Comprehensive Care 101: Sex, Drugs, and Human Rights

In this 3-hour training, participants will be provided a historical journey through prohibition, explore the formation of drug laws in Canada, discuss how risk reduction policies and practices have been implemented nationally and internationally, and unpack how these policies and practices impact key populations. Participants will leave with a stronger understanding of social determinants of health and how to utilize evidence-based practice and a full continuum of care in practice.
