Looking to connect with like-minded people and bring your expertise to a great organization?

SafeLink Alberta is recruiting people with legal or medical expertise, as well as those from the Medicine Hat/Brooks area, to join our Board of Directors!

Volunteer Activity Night

Volunteer Activity Nights are a chance to connect with others and give back to SafeLink Alberta in a fun way. You’ll help pack condom packs that are distributed to promote safer sex and provide information on testing options.

Events

SafeLink Alberta holds events throughout the year that need volunteers to make them a success, including Splash of Red each spring and a fall community event.

Host a Fundraiser

Whether you want to host a potluck, a special event, office fundraiser, bottle drive or holiday gathering, we’re happy to provide you with the right materials and support to ensure your event is a success!

Other Support

We know that our volunteers have a plethora of skills.  If you have a specific way that you would like to support SafeLink Alberta, let us know and we can discuss what is possible.

Application Process

We are doing an overhaul of the application and onboarding process for volunteers.  In the meantime, please feel free to connect with our Volunteer & Events Coordinator at volunteer@safelinkalberta.ca or 403-508-2500 ext. 2404 to share your name and contact information so they may follow up with you.

Volunteers for SafeLink Alberta receive education and training to support them in their roles as appropriate.
