COVID-19 Update: We remain open to support our clients. Drop-in support has been suspended, and hours have been limited.

As cases of the novel Coronavirus continue to spread, we would like to share with you our plans for how we will continue to support you while we all work towards reducing the level of social contact in the short term.

While we remain open to support our clients, we have decided to limit services at both our sites and hours of operation in Medicine Hat. To ensure service continuity, we can’t offer drop-ins at this time and strongly encourage you to contact us for phone support or before coming in.

Our numbers are (403) 508-2500 in Calgary and (403) 527-5882 in Medicine Hat. The Shift Program’s number is (403) 237-8171.

Starting Friday, March 13th, 2020, we have suspended all group activities involving clients, staff and volunteers: in-person trainings, peer group meetings, advisory committee meetings, and volunteer activities. The Friday Lunch events and Sweatlodge Ceremonies are also suspended until further notice.

If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please call the Distress Centre at 403-266-HELP (4357) or access online resources at https://www.alberta.ca/coronavirus-info-for-albertans.aspx. Thank you to our donors and funders for the support during these unprecedented times.
