Celebrating Our Volunteers

April 23 to 29 is National Volunteer Week and an opportunity for us to say thank you to our dedicated and wonderful volunteers!

Our organization would not exist if it weren’t for you. You are critical to the continued success of our programs and operations. The investment of your time in HIV Community Link is a positive contribution to your community. Thank you all for being champions for our vision: Empowering Choices. Engaging Communities. Ending Transmission.

Here’s what some of our volunteers have to say about volunteering with HIV Community Link:

Melanie_NVW_treatmebtMelanie: “What I love about volunteering with HIVCL is the friendliness of the staff. I always feel so welcomed and valued and volunteers are never underappreciated. This is what keeps me coming back every time.”

Kemi_treatmentKemi: “I love volunteering with HIV Community Link because it gives me an opportunity to share my knowledge and spread awareness about HIV to the community.”

Leah treatmentLeah: “I like to volunteer with HIV Community Link, because I can. I’m lucky enough to have the time and I think we all have a responsibility to give back to our communities. I’m supporting a cause that I care about, and enjoy learning and spending time with compassionate people. But most of all because it’s fun, and I’ve met inspiring people, that keep me coming back.”
