This course combines essential content from our two-part substance use series into a single two-hour session. Participants will examine the factors driving Canada’s drug toxicity epidemic, explore commonly used and criminalized substances, and unpack the myths that contribute to stigma. The training also introduces safer use practices, harm reduction supplies, and practical tools for supporting people who use substances with dignity and care.

This course is offered through our Individual Fee-for-Service Training program.
