Since 1983, we have been dedicated to serving underserved communities in Calgary, Medicine Hat, and across southern Alberta. Our mission is to reduce the harms associated with sexual activity and substance use through compassionate, non-judgmental programs and services.

We serve people living with HIV, people who use drugs, people engaged in sex work, African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) communities, Indigenous community members, members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community—especially cis and trans gay, bi, and queer men—and people who are pregnant and facing barriers related to substance use, mental health, housing, and interpersonal violence.

At SafeLink Alberta we believe that no one should be alone, cold, hungry, or forgotten over the holiday festivities.
